The Complete Claims Business Support Service consists of 2 benefits. The
first is the provision of a telephone based assistance service that our
policyholders can access at any time to help them run their business by
obtaining advice and guidance on a wide range of legal, statutory and
regulatory issues.
The second benefit will provide each policyholder with a unique username and
password, which will give them full access to the business support site,
which includes
- A standard Contract Of Employment
- The Ability to build an Employee Handbook
- Access to 150 Downloadable polices, procedures, documents and forms
- A dedicated telephone number to obtain advice on tax, VAT, PAYE and Health & Safety issues
Some of the specific documents include:
- Offers of Employment Letters - Letters formulated to ensure that all legal
aspects of starting employment are covered.
- Contracts of Employment - Legal documents compiled to ensure all angles of
an employees position are detailed in writing.
- Procedures to Dismiss an Employee - Letters and guidance to dismiss an
employee whilst restricting the possibility of an employment tribunal for
Unfair Dismissal.
- Guidance to Preparing Employee Handbooks - Relative policies and procedures
can be downloaded and compiled into an Employee Handbook.
- Health & Safety Policies - If the business has 5 or more employees a Health & Safety Policy must be put in place.
