When starting out in business approx 30 years ago our insurance requirements were entrusted to a firm called Toothill & Edmondson and a senior member of staff was Alison Jenkins who was our main contact at the above firm
I always found her to be a great asset to us when assessing our insurance needs particularly when pursuing a claim etc and I remember on one occasion, following an accident with one of our drivers (non fault I may add), the third party denied responsibility after the accident but Alison stuck to her guns. Although taking many months, the claim was eventually sorted in our favour thanks to Alison’s determination.
After several years Toothill & Edmondson ceased in business and we were forced to look for another broker eventually settling for a firm in Ripon for a couple of years.
However, Alison being the enterprising woman she is, set up in business on her own and we went with her at the first opportunity and have stayed with her through her fledgling years and seen the business develop into the firm “Veritass” we see today.
I have recommended Veritass to many of our clients and all those recommended have been delighted with their professional/personal service and helpful staff and would certainly not hesitate in recommending “Veritass” to any one wanting a 1st class reliable insurance broker.
